There are a handful of articles on this incredible subject and I hope you enjoyed them.  Each offered a great view and ideas for long-lasting health changes, don't you think?

Personally, I've enjoyed a 14+ hour food-free window for many months now and I love how I don't feel full.  While there are definitely other benefits to this diet change the main one for me is the lean feeling I get every day I stick to... not eating.
